OUTSOURCE?     SMART MOVE!    OFFSHORE?     WHY?

70% of 59 Million Disabled Americans are Unemployed!

Help Us Bring Off-Shore Outsourcing HOME to Provide Telework Opportunities for

American Disabled Veterans, Military Spouses and Individuals with Disabilities!

Creating Opportunities by Recognizing Abilities Works!

Transforming the American Workplace: A 21st Century Vision, a Summit on disability employment policy

CORA’s Mission

To identify telework opportunities and train, supervise and mentor Severely Wounded Veterans, Individuals with Disabilities and Military Spouses – 24/7 Caretakers to increase Work@Home success ratios for long-term employment providing corporations with comparative savings as offshore outsourcing and superior customer service and retention strategies.

The Challenge

70% of 59 Million Americans With Disabilities Are Unemployed!

The stress severely wounded soldiers and families need to learn to live with a disability is magnified by not knowing how they will be able to contribute to the financial well-being of their family.  Military spouses who are 24/7 caregivers cannot work outside of their homes.

How many jobs for Americans continue to be outsourced offshore every month?  Why, when we can provide cost competitive, superior telework services that will help retain customers?

A Solution

CORA’s training, consultation, and staff supervision programs, built on 20+ years turnaround consulting experience as interim management in over 50 industries provides employers with the knowledge and resources required to successfully and profitably use telework.

  • Increase worker productivity and corporate profits
  • Improve management controls and reduce manager to staff ratios
  • Build diversity in the workplace and fulfill obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act
  • For many persons with significant disabilities, the increasing prevalence of telework offers the possibility of an accessible, barrier-free workplace, flexible scheduling and the elimination of disability-related bias or discrimination
  • An alternative to offshore outsourcing, which has cost America far too many jobs
  • Offering returning veterans with disabilities increased access to telework; CORA provides businesses with a means of welcoming back those who have given so much.
  • Extensive customization of training programs based on candidate’s needs and our 90 day mentoring program increases long-term employment success ratios to 95%!

"We are seeing large numbers of service men and women returning from combat zones showing signs of post-traumatic stress disorders. CORA believes that timely intervention by mental health professionals and work that provides immediate self worth helps these Disabled Veterans to once again have productive and meaningful lives.  Among our goals is to train and provide telework opportunities for Special Needs Veterans.

It is our belief feelings of improved self-esteem and a feeling of community contribution will also apply to the returning disabled veterans and those trying to work through PTSD.
